All our life we face many transitions, from becoming mature at every step, to adapting through what life taught us. A point comes in life where we feel happiness is not an external phenomenon, it comes from inside, and when we feel happiness is not constant the next thing we realize that it’s not really happiness we are looking for, its tranquility. When we find peace from within, a chaos on the outside doesn’t bother us. Then comes a time we find that both peace and disarray are part of life, they come and go and we cannot decide when and how they affect us. We learn through life, we learn to carry everything within us and at times on our faces.
Although it depends on person to person and what traits they have developed but there are some traits that help us lead a better life. Just like clean air and water, healthy food, shelter, family, friends, work and hobbies are a significant part of quality life; there are traits in a person that can help him live it. Positivity in life, learning to let go, being regretless, passion for learning and growing, acceptance of self, etc. are some great traits that anyone who possess lives a life that is worth smiling at. But there is this one trait in a person that helps him adapt all the other traits as well, what is that one important characteristic?
The most important thing in life is to gain a lot experience, good and bad, pleasant and wonderful, painful and heinous but not allowing the good to bring out arrogance while not allowing bad to break you for more than it does. All of this can be achieved if you have that one adapted trait, which is stability!
Being stable through what keeps you happy and what breaks you, keeps you whole through the raw emotions, not allowing everyone know to what is your dark side and what is your happy part. Being stable through experiences that are transforming you and learning to live a low key life. Choosing who can read you and from where and learning to stand up after you fall.
Stability in one’s life is what keeps you living right at the edge and not let you throw yourself off the cliff. Stability can be natural while some people learn and adapt through life experiences. Everyone has their own order of stability; sometimes what is stability for others might be taken as a right to the narration of the situation for some. In fact what came to me is when you are learning to be stable you feel it within you that narrating your life story is not necessary to everyone, thus you either do it or you don’t. Learning to balance that who should be the one to know the story of your life is the stepping stone towards practicing stability. Ones you learn to keep even the expression of the situation under control, you know the whole essence of being stable. There are people those who are unable to keep the relating expressions, relating dialogues and even the whole story off themselves and open up only in front of very few. They are far away from stability, either they don’t know why it is important in life or either they feel they can get past people. You have to understand that there is a thin line between stability and being rigid; you have to understand whether it might be better to actually
You have to understand that there is a thin line between stability and being rigid; you have to understand whether it might be better to actually jump off the cliff, stay on the edge or be completely far from the whole thing. Be your own judge! One you, yourself can know what that thing in life is keeping you away from being an open book. Everyone who learns that stability is necessary to have once been an open book, either for few wrong ones or simply for everyone who walks in. you slowly learn that not everyone is an audience of your true self, your passion or your bruises. All of this makes you who you are, you deserve respect for what you are passionate about and for the bruises in life you got past. When you begin to know how being an open book will turn people to read you ruthlessly you, some might read you halfway and leave, some will read and get the wrong meaning out of, some will laugh at your weaknesses and take advantage of them, some will simply take advantage of reading between the lines as you are too open and the worst are those who judge you from the cover. There are few who read you and learn your essence, will remember the stories you lived and learn from what you have taught. The one trait that will keep you away from all the wrong ones is stability of your emotions, learning to carry it in concealing manner, being someone who camouflages its way through many people. Your life is a performance aright but there are very few spectators who have the taste in what you have to show thus learn to differentiate between those who applaud and those who are bored.

Your life is a performance alright but there are very few spectators who have the taste in what you have to show thus learn to differentiate between those who applaud for you and those who show up because they are bored.
